This Certificate applies to the holding company and all its
subsidiaries in the UK. This certificate is issued in accordance with the Employer's Liability (Compulsory
Insurance) Regulations 1998 and signifies that ALL subsidiary companies are indemnified by
this Policy and that there are no other subsidiary companies domiciled in the UK insured
elsewhere. A complete list of subsidiary companies will be recorded in the policy and to ensure
compliance with the Regulations.
